Since 2016, Mozaic has been thriving to find the right space that could serve as both a working space and a venue for providing essential services to refugees and immigrants. Throughout seven years of dedicated effort, we worked hard to maintain qualitative services for our clients. In 2023, our perseverance paid off when we proudly acquired our dedicated venue, allowing us to expand our services and better meet the diverse needs of our community.
This permanent space has enabled us to offer a comprehensive range of programs, including language and financial literacy, career development workshops, psychosocial support, and mental health services. Our mission also includes welcoming the broader community to participate in our programs to help support the integration process of refugees. We offer a variety of activities tailored for women and children, ensuring that all family members can find support and opportunities for growth. The sewing studio, in particular, has been an innovative and invaluable resource, providing a creative and empowering outlet for female refugees while fostering connections within the community.
With this dedicated facility, we provide a consistent and accessible environment where individuals and families can access essential resources, build skills, and connect with a vibrant community. Our history is rooted in the commitment to helping our clients achieve self-sufficiency, integrate successfully into their new environments, and improve their overall quality of life.
